Recording artists, producers, industry professionals, media and music fans alike will gather to celebrate the most outstanding achievement in Caribbean Gospel Music during the staging of the Caribbean Gospel Music Marlin Awards 2010.
A black tie affair, awards will be presented in number of significant categories including New Artist, Junkanoo Recording, Reggae Recording, Soca Recording, Hip/Hop Recording, Song of the Year & Album of the Year.
There will be performances by some of the region’s top recording artists and several special awards will also be presented including the President’s Award and the Rev.Arthur “Preacher” Rolle Life Time Achievement Award.

Bahamian sound engineer Clarence "Nat" Williams and musician Lavard Curtis died in a plane crash in the Bahamas on October 5th. Both men will be honored during the 2010 Caribbean Gospel Marlin Awards on Saturday October 30th along with three (3) other well deserving Bahamians for their contributions towards the advancement of Bahamian and Caribbean Gospel Music.
